Playwright for most new suites (speed, parallelism, multi-browser); Cypress where a team already runs it well. The engineer adapts to your stack — and will tell you when a migration pays.

Our current test suite is flaky. Can they fix it?

That's the most common starting point: a stabilization pass (selectors, waits, data isolation, flake quarantine) before any new coverage is added.

Playwright, Cypress — or should we test below the UI?

Both, weighted toward the API layer: the pyramid holds. Senior profiles will push back on UI-only suites — that resistance is what you're hiring.

How does the 60-day trial period work?

The first 60 days are the proof: if the match isn't right, you say so and the placement ends without long-term obligation — or we replace the profile from the network. Most trials convert; the ones that don't cost you a conversation, not a contract.

Can we scale from one developer to a team?

Yes — that's the normal growth path. Many clients start with a single specialist and expand to two or five as the roadmap demands, keeping one contract and one point of contact at Probegin. Scaling down is equally simple, with reasonable notice instead of penalty clauses.

Who handles contracts, payroll and compliance?

Probegin does. You get one Dutch counterparty and one invoice; employment, payroll and cross-border compliance for the specialist are our responsibility. That structure also keeps you clear of freelance-classification risk under Dutch rules.
